1. Graphic designer - Commercial (print & web)
Location: London, United Kingdom

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Create graphics, banners and other web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Designs and builds website marketing landing pages and emails; including page layout and strategic input to support multiple product ranges.
  • Maintain extremely high design and production standards, as well as the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Possess expert understanding of multimedia design and experience building files for both print and digital.
  • Demonstrate hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Possess a killer portfolio with variety of industries and deliverables represented.
  • A solid understanding of modern web technologies. This is not a coding position, but an understanding of basic HTML and CSS is required.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, Graphic Design preferred.
  • 2 - 5 years of broad digital graphic design experience & web design/development experience.
  • Experience with HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and other Web technologies. Solid knowledge Photoshop and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, Dreamweaver.
  • Must have expert experience in web and user interface design; should be able to demonstrate common principles of web usability.
  • Experience working with an eMail / Marketing Automation tool such as Mailchimp.
  • Able to work effectively and professionally as part of a busy central team while interacting with, and influencing, virtual teams, internal cross-functional/divisional teams and outside entities.
  • Must be organized, with a proactive nature and excellent follow up skills.
  • Ability to solve complex or routine problems effectively and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
  • Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to make good, timely decisions in a fast-paced, time-constrained environment.
  • Ability to perform day-to-day tasks for many simultaneous ongoing projects.
  • Familiarity with design review processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent prioritization and organizational skills and attention to detail.

2. Trade / Distribution Manager (Retail Distribution)
Location: London, United Kingdom

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Increasing sales via new business development & existing partners (eg: Salons, Chemists, Retail chains dealing with hair care / cosmetic products).
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
  • Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
  • Analysing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
  • Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
  • Responding to customer complaints and comments.
  • Organising special promotions, displays and events.
  • Attending and chairing meetings.
  • Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
  • Touring the trade partners regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues.

3. Offline Media Buyer (TV, Radio, Print)
Location: London, United Kingdom

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the target audience for a particular media campaign and deciding how best to communicate to that audience.
  • Keeping up to date with industry research figures, including distribution figures (newspapers and magazines) and audience figures (television and radio).
  • Monitoring buying strategies.
  • Liaising and building relationships with media sales companies & agencies.
  • Negotiating with media sales companies & agencies to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces in broadcast and print advertising.
  • Communicating with media sales people / agency to adjust media schedules in response to audience figures.
  • Booking individual advertising spots, e.g. pages, posters, internet banners, broadcast adverts, etc.
  • Ensuring that the adverts run accurately so the desired media message is seen and heard by consumers.
  • Reporting and budget management, including preparing costings and producing spending updates throughout the campaign.
  • Collecting and analysing sales and consumer data.
  • Undertaking research using a wide range of specialist media resources.
  • Analysing the effectiveness of the campaign and using this data to inform future campaigns.

  • Well-developed negotiation skills.
  • Strong writing skills.

4. Online Media Buyer
Location: London, United Kingdom

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Identify online media buying opportunities and negotiate tests to determine profitability of online campaigns.
  • Negotiate, develop, monitor and manage delivery of booked campaigns on CPA, CPC and CPM models.
  • Manage online media partner relationships.
  • Manage and grow existing online media relationships.
  • Creating new campaigns in various online media platforms.
  • Good understanding of Google adwords and Google analytics.
  • Co-ordinating with creative team for any creative requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining online campaigns profitability reports.

 Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in ROI based online media buying.
