Kerafiber is committed to delivering a quality customer experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days for a refund. Either log on to your KeraFiber account and contact customer service, or email support@kerafiber.com with your account information and ask for an RMA form. Once you receive this form and your RMA number, place the RMA form and all items from the original order which you want to return in a padded envelope and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA form. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. NOTE: All refund requests MUST be accompanied by a RMA form, be received within 30 days from the date of the original shipment, and include all items from the original order you wish to return. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements. We recommend that you return your order via traceable mail, as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns.

Shipping

KeraFiber is available to U.S. customers with U.S. shipping addresses with delivery supplied by The United States Postal Service (USPS). New orders are typically packed within 2 business days of ordering and are delivered within the time frame specified during checkout. These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package. NOTE: Free shipping is offered for purchases delivered by USPS.

Order Status

Once you complete your order a confirmation will be sent to your email. Once your order has been packed your will receive an update email which will include your tracking number. If you have a KeraFiber account you can check your order status anytime by simply clicking on the "LOGIN" link in the navigation bar at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
